According to Spiegel, the defense company KNDS had commissioned external auditors after the magazine’s revelations about questionable commission payments. These auditors have now found indications of irregularities.
The company announced personnel consequences but initially provided no details. KNDS is, among other things, the manufacturer of the Leopard 2 tank and is preparing an initial public offering in Frankfurt and Paris.
