According to Spiegel, the German government and the defense group KNDS have agreed on the modalities of the planned state entry. This has created a key prerequisite for the tank manufacturer’s planned initial public offering.
KNDS management is simultaneously pushing ahead with the development of a new battle tank. The exact financial terms of the federal government’s stake were not initially disclosed.
