Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR) reports that the Russian 58th Army has received orders to intensify FPV drone strikes on civilian objects in Zaporizhzhia. The order was intercepted by the HUR’s active operations department. According to the intelligence, the Russian command demands increased terror against the civilian population in the regional center, targeting any civilian sites.

To implement the plan, occupying units have been promised increased supplies of kamikaze drones, the intelligence service said. The order is further evidence of the “furious dissatisfaction of the leadership of the aggressor state Russia” with constantly rising losses and the lack of military successes, including at the front near Zaporizhzhia.

Just on June 16, Russian troops attacked the city of Zaporizhzhia with five strikes, killing one person and wounding seven. A school, a shopping center, and a residential building were also damaged.
