Andrij Jermak, the former chief of staff to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, is listed as a suspect in a major corruption investigation. This inquiry is being conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO). Investigators have uncovered an organized group that allegedly laundered around 9 million euros (460 million hryvnias) through a luxury real estate project near Kyiv between 2021 and 2025.

In a joint statement from both agencies, it was revealed that Jermak has been identified as one of the members of this group. Although the authorities did not officially name Jermak in accordance with Ukrainian legal practices, several Ukrainian media outlets reported that he is the individual referred to in the announcement. NABU and SAPO also stated that six other individuals have been reported as suspects and that the investigation is ongoing.

In a conversation with reporters in Kyiv, Andrij Jermak declined to provide a detailed comment, stating that he wishes to wait for the conclusion of the investigation. Dmytro Lytvyn, an advisor to President Zelensky, remarked that it is "too early to assess the ongoing procedural matters." No formal charges have yet been filed against Jermak.
