The German government has presented a draft bill to amend the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO), it announced. The aim is to bring arbitration law up to date.
Arbitration tribunals are frequently used in commercial and trade disputes. The draft provides for modernizing the procedural rules, which will bring concrete benefits for companies.
