The Dutch ING wants to upgrade its checking accounts with additional services. As the bank announced, four new tariff models are planned that include subscriptions to Amazon Prime and Disney+, among others. The goal is to make the accounts more attractive by integrating non-banking services.
The exact prices and conditions of the new models were not initially disclosed by ING. The tariffs are intended to target different customer groups. With this step, the bank is responding to increasing competition for retail customers, as more and more institutions are relying on bundled offers.
