The Munich II Public Prosecutor’s Office is conducting an investigation on suspicion of three cases of sexual abuse of a child. A spokesman confirmed that a possibly forged certificate of good conduct is also part of the investigation.
The report was filed in April, and investigations have been ongoing since then. It is still being examined whether the suspect was officially active in a football club. However, the allegations are fundamentally related to a football club. The presumption of innocence applies to the accused.
